Students from Bedlingtonshire Community High School have overcome local challenges and started their very own walking club. The team of twelve Year 9 students had to secure funding to purchase walking kit and arrange their own transport, and have succeeded in running their first day walk.

Many students expressed an interest in using some of the websites that Stephen talked about. If you'd like to visit those websites, click on the Word Document to find them.
On the list is Stephen's website, Do-Be.co.uk. On this site you'll find lots of information about preparing for you exams, studying and using MP4 technology to help you revise.

Years 10, 11 and 13 will start back on Thursday 10th September at 0900. Years 7,8,9 and 12 will also be in school on Thursday. School will finish at 3:30pm.

Mobile phones are not allowed to be switched on during a lesson at any time and if a student is found to be using a phone it will be confiscated and returned at the end of the day. If parents wish to pass a message to their son/daughter it must be passed through student services.
Parents of year 7, 8 and 9 students are invited to come into school to meet with staff and chat about the start of this academic year.
Year 7 & 8 parents drop in will be from 6pm to 7pm on Tuesday 30th
Year 9 drop in will be from 6pm to 7pm on Thursday 2nd October.
